Repo won't enable Fedora28

Hey I am using Fedora 28 workstation 64-bit and I was trying to enable repository where repoid is root_google-chrome and repo name created by dnf config but it won't enable.

[root@localhost ~]# dnf config-manager --set-enabled   root_google-chrome
[root@localhost ~]# dnf repolist all 
Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'root_google-chrome', disabling.
Last metadata expiration check: 22:01:06 ago on Thu 06 Sep 2018 01:33:13 PM IST.

Anyway I would not recommend placing a repository into roots home directory.

The repository file you added to /etc/yum.repos.d is completely broken. You should delete it.
