I have the system with Fedora new recorded and updated it with the latest update. Now, during the operation, capture windows are displayed which I did not open. On the internet, I was only on selected addresses. I have not opened emails. obviously the PC is hacked What can I optimize?
Install browser extensions if you want to disable popups and potential "malware" (most of these tend to be benign with Linux and aggressive towards Windows).
Popups are a standard on the internet nowadays, and I'd recommend using something like noScript with Firefox if you want to be very tight on them, or a standard adblocker such as uBlock Origin. Most of the scummy ads should be blocked and you can whitelist certain websites as you choose.
This also sounds like less of a Fedora issue and more of a general browser issue as far as I can tell.

Capture windows?
Obviously, your computer has not been hacked. Linux is, unlike Windows, secure by design, and there is very little malware out there that's capable of running on Linux, even if it manages to get installed, which is, in itself, quite difficult without the user's giving it permission to install and execute. I'm guessing that what you're referring to is popup windows from websites, but without more data I can't be sure, or suggest a course of action.
