couldn't resolve hostname for https

Fedora is up to date on my PC. Nevertheless, the firefox connects, when calling http addresses, not with the destination link, but brings the message "couldn't resolve hostname for https". if I perform a fresh installation with fedora the error is gone for 2 days and then reappears.
