Failed to start Load kernel Modules

I've been seeing this error on startup. I didn't understand it properly. There's also a similar question and I run some commands mentioned there. I got these results.

Why am I seeing this error message?

Try sudo dracut -f for rebuilding initramfs.

When I ran the command it showed nothing.
