Fedora is the technical base for both RHEL and CentOS. Most code which is in RHEL/CentOS has been in Fedora some time ago. This is also true for any networking code such as firewalld and NetworkManager.
CentOS is more stable and reliable than fedora.
SO if you want to build a server, you should CentOs ... For a desktop experience with last kernel and packages version , please use Fedora.
