Hi, is it posible to install just the updated kernel rpm from koji? I mean without all the devel librarias, i just want the new binaries (and modules) of 4.17 because the wifi driver that comes with 4.16 does not work with my rtl8723be chip. I want to download the rpm using my phone and to copy it to my notebook using usb so after rebooting with 4.17 i can run a proper dnf -y update, but if i have to download lot of packages i am running out of alternatives

You'll need to download the kernel, kernel-core, and kernel-modules packages for your architecture — those three have to be installed as a unit. But other than that, it's fine to leave the other ones for later, you can just sudo dnf install (the three packages I mentioned) and the new kernel will be usable even if things like kernel-headers are backrev. And I see that kmod(rtl8723be.ko) is in kernel-modules, so you don't have to worry about installing kernel-modules-extra.
