Sound not working after upgrading f25 to f28
Sound has stopped working since I upgraded to fedora 28 from fedora 25. I tried even using the kernel I used with fedora 25 by selecting it from the grub menu, but found no success. Not sure how to proceed.

ALSA lib pulse.c:243:(pulse_connect) PulseAudio: Unable to connect: Connection refused
cannot open mixer: Connection refused
The output of "alsa-info.sh --no-upload" can be found here:
I'm sure there's a solution, but I'd just reinstall from scratch while keeping your /home directory at this point. Try running
systemctl status pulseaudio.service
and tell us what it says.https://aaronsilber.me/2016/08/08/no-sound-in-fedora-23-linux-with-alc892-intel-hda/
Maybe applicable?
systemctl status pulseaudio.service
Unit pulseaudio.service could not be found.
