I Installed KDE and Removed Gnome (sudo dnf remove gnome-*) and when I rebooted there is no graphical mode, when I try to see the default target it shows graphical.target. What should I do now, I tried systemctl set-default graphical.target and init 6 it doesn't work. I'm using Fedora 28.
Try enabling sddm in systemd:
$ sudo systemctl enable sddm
Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/display-manager.service → /usr/lib/systemd/system/sddm.service
Do you have a display manager (gdm, sddm, …) installed?
When you ran dnf remove gnome-*, this probably also included gnome-shell. GNOME shell is required by GDM, the GNOME display manager, thus you may have removed gdm too.
You may fix this by installing the gdm package or the sddm package.
Removing an entire desk environnment is a bad idea.

Well I just enabled sddm and it worked.
