Corrupted screen after suspend
I'm running Fedora 28 and when I put my PC in suspend/sleep mode and then wake it back up my screen looks like [This]
After rebooting I got an problem report 3 out of 4 times 2 of those times it said it was because of xorg and the other it said gnome shell. I assume this is a driver issue but I am not 100% I don't know what parts of the problem report I should post but under "reason" it said WARNING: CPU: 1 PID: 3531 at drivers/gpu/drm/radeon/radeon_object.c:84 radeon_ttm_bo_destroy+0xfd/0x110 [radeon] [ttm]
" and the name of the problem was "xorg-x11-drv-ati" Any help would be great. I'm using an AMD Radeon HD 7970 gpu btw.
I've edited your post to use syntax highlighting. Please do that on your own in the future as it improves readability of your post.
Your warning has been reported to the bug tracker at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug..... You may want to add yourself to the CC list.
Are you using the problem reporter to report these crashes to Fedora's bugzilla? This may help in tracking down the issue. If yes, you should probably link them in the bug I've linked above.
