How to make scrollbar permanent ?

By default in Fedora 28 XFCE Mousepad scrollbar is like dynamic: it disappears and when cursor close it appears, but it's small until you move cursor exactly on it. I wan't scrollbar be shown always and be of constant scale, opacity.

Add the following to .bash_profile in your home directory:

export GTK_OVERLAY_SCROLLING=0

If you enter GTK_OVERLAY_SCROLLING=0 in Google search you can see how many people also had this problem.

Download gnome tweak tool available in software applications in fedora 28 it helps to customise your mouse and touchpad....it also helps to customise your keyboard ,task bar etc.....
