On the web, search for libc.pdf

A great site is also man7.org man pages for C libraries

http://man7.org/linux/man-pages/index...

Lots of programming examples.

It is included in the gcc package. The documentation is per Gnu tradition the info pages, which can be accessed using the info command or, alternatively, the pinfo command. These commands are provided by the info and pinfo packages.

info gcc

or

pinfo gcc

pinfo is to me more intuitive than the info command.

I have no luck finding it there and it looks to me like those are compiler docs. What I'm looking for is actual language reference like here: https://www.gnu.org/software/gnu-c-ma.... Ubuntu has it included in glibc-doc-reference, but unfortunately I have no luck with any of glibc packages I installed. pinfo looks quite nice however.

Then the answer is that no one has volunteered to create and maintain this packages.
