How to turn your Fedora workstation into an OpenStreetMap Server

I am planning on installing the packages needed to make my Fedora Workstation an OSM server. I am going to connect to and use it later with osmdroid. Currently, I am following the guide http://duemafoss.blogspot.in/2014/02/.... Some packages are not available though maybe because I don't have EPEL repos added. How can I add the epel repo to Fedora?
Any ideas for installing OpenStreetMap Server on Fedora?

You DON'T!

EPEL is for Redhat Enterprice Linux and Centos only.

Enabling EPEL on Fedora is the start of no end of trouble.

As for the second question,

dnf install osm2pgsql

It is already in the fedora repository.
