POWERSHELL ISSUE ON FEDORA 28 : NEED $TERM=xterm pwsh TO SART POWERSHELL INSTEAD OF $pwsh

Hello,

Very very satisfied with FEDORA 28 ... except for Powershell :

I've upgraded all my laptops & Transformer-books from FEDORA 27 to FEDORA 28 since it has been proposed from Gnome software, ( of course all available updates & upgrades done from terminal, etc... )

PowerShell does not start using terminal $pwsh as before !

[user@FEDORA ~]$$ pwsh
PowerShell v6.1.0-preview.2

I must use now terminal $TERM=xterm pwsh instead of terminal $pwsh to start PowerShell...

Is there a patch for this issue ?
