onedrive on fedora workstation 28

Hi i'm trying to install onedrive on fedora workstation 28 using the the following guide and get the followig error

The following error occurred while trying to add or remove files in the
installation directory:

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/local/lib/python3.6/site-packages/test-easy-install-28628.write-test'

Following the same guide works on Ubuntu,antergos

What command exactly lead to this error?

You need the required Python modules and dependencies for it. Though that can be tricky for a beginner, so I recommend instead that you install onedrive with dnf, and by the looks of RPM find there is a package available.

# dnf install onedrive

I suggest in future you Google to see if there is an RPM package or third party repo designed for Fedora. The guide you are using is for Ubuntu.

You can also find stuff with dnf

# dnf search onedrive
edit flag offensive delete link more
