Fedora 27 on an RCA Cambio

Hello everyone, I recently installed Fedora 27 on my RCA Cambio, because Fedora supports out of the box 32 bit UEFI support. Anyway, it is working alright, but a few things dont work. 1. The sound output. 2. The Touchscreen. 3. The Built In Bluetooth. If anyone could help seeing if I could get these things working that would be great. Thanks!
