I am new to linux. I upgraded Fedora 26 to rawhide and restarting it on VMware workstation because it didn't reboot by command line. It said the system is not ready to reboot. Now Fedora is topping on logo. I pressed EDS and I see

[Ok] started switcheroo control proxy service.
[Failed] failed to start Realtimekit scheduling policy service.
See systemctl status rtkit-daemon.service for details.
[Failed] failed to start firewalld ...
[Failed] failed to start modem manager
[Failed] failed to Avail ...

What commands did you use? And what do you mean by "restarting it on VMware workstation"?

su -c dnf install dnf-plugin-system-upgrade

su -c dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=rawhide

I installed Fedora on VMware software based on Windows 7
