Anyone have a idea how I can play out to DVI and HDMI simultaneously? I have a dual monitor setup and would like to use both monitors speakers at once.

Something like this in /etc/pulse/default.pa:

load-module module-alsa-sink device=hdmi:0
load-module module-combine-sink sink_name=combined
set-default-sink combined

Simultaneous HDMI and Analog output

DVI doesn’t transmit audio, so that might be your issue. Also, sound from two sets of monitor speakers? That will probably sound awful.

I thought the exact same thing. It does transmit audio through a DVI to HDMI cable to my second monitor. I know it is working as I can test the audio "Front Left" "Front Right" and it plays through the second monitor. To be clear I have a DVI and HDMI output on my video card. I use HDMI to HDMI for monitor 1 and DVI to HDMI for monitor 2.
