A have:

dmesg | grep microcode
[ 0.000000] microcode: microcode updated early to revision 0x22, date = 2017-01-27
[ 0.011203] mce: [Hardware Error]: PROCESSOR 0:306c3 TIME 1519513601 SOCKET 0 APIC 0 microcode 22
[ 0.683251] microcode: sig=0x306c3, pf=0x10, revision=0x22
[ 0.683526] microcode: Microcode Update Driver: v2.2.

Next I:

dnf install microcode_ctl (or upgrade)
echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/microcode/reload
dracut -fv

or download microcode from intel and next:

dd if=microcode.dat of=/dev/cpu/microcode

but this is error and dmesg show:

[ 513.265069] microcode: error! Bad data in microcode data file

dd if=intel-ucode/06-3c-03 of=/dev/cpu/microcode bs=1M
dracut -fv (without reset or with reset)

this is OK, but not work, microcode is error.

How to update microcode?

According to here the dd method is outdated and does not work anymore. There are also the valid options described. Which CPU do you want to upgrade? Check in /proc/cpuinfo. AFAIK the latest available microcode does introduce stability issues and it is not advised to install that one. In my case microcode_ctl-2.1-20.fc26 was reported by the spectre-meltdown-checker having stability issues.

It looks like you already have installed the latest revision 0x22 for your CPU which is shipped in the 20171117 package. There is a newer release 20180108, but that one is considered to cause problems. You should open a second question concerning your actual problem as this seems to be a x-y-problem, since you said something about problems with gnome.

Many errors in gnome i have "end". Now I have only one error when start gnome with information microcode etc. This is not big problem now, but I am interesting how to update microcode for no errors.
