I have been using Fedora 27 with default gnome 3.26.2 ever since it is released. Recently I am facing issue with thumbnails generation in nautilus. I tried cleaning thumbnails under .cache and restart the computer, but it did not work. Any solution?

Thumbnails are in ~/.thumbnails, not ~/.cache

I removed that as well and rebooted but it did not solve the problem.

I moved .gnome directory to old and restarted the system. Still same problem? I also installed ffmpegthumbnailer. Neither of them worked for me. What do you mean by reset pc? reboot?

You check installed pakages gstreamer1 plugins or just simple install ffmpegthumbnailer.
