install issue with dualboot RAID 1 SSD

Hello All, OBJECTIVE: To make a multi-boot system with Windows 10 Pro and Fedora-MATE 27 on an existing RAID 1 SSD setup on a 20GB available space.

HARDWARE/OS/SOFTWARE: 2 Samsung 120 GB SSD, Setup with motherboard RAID controller, Currently configured to RAID 1, Windows 10 Pro installed, Fedora-MATE v 27 trying to install, MSI A78M-E35 V2 mother board, AMD A10 CPU, 8GB RAM DDR3, Other drives 2 HDD setup RAID 0, and not to be used by Linux. Anaconda install software with Fedora-MATE 27 distribution.

ISSUE:When I attempted to configure the drives, I notice the same information that was on the disk-configuration-start-up screen as well as Anaconda that I only have 41.46MB of available space, and the Windows partition had consumed 111.8 GiB on a 120 GB SSD. Even if I took this to be true, 111.8GB + 41.46MB does not equal 120GB. Where is the rest of the available space? I checked on the disk manager tool on Windows 10 Pro, and it reports 500 MB, 90GB, and 500MB are in use for system-use space, C:vdrive, and system-recovery space respectively. This totals 91 GB not 111GB. I am not sure where the discrepancy is coming from, nor why the remaining available memory is so low. Any suggestions?
