how to use alt shift for changing language the easy way

I know the answer but I am creating this question to answer it myself so in future, if someone needs it because, I had to search extensively for it

that way its ready on the ask fedora forum.

Alt +Shift is windows world. In Gnome, default is Super + Space.

you use gnome tweak tool

you go to keyboard & mouse > additional layout options > switching to another layout > select alt shift.
