Upgrade from f26 KDE spin to f27 KDE spin without loosing my apps/data?

Hi, I have Fedora 26 KDE spin on my laptop and it's working just fine Now I want to upgrade to Fedora 27 KDE spin too but I do not know How to do it specially without loosing all of my installed and configured Software? Please help me as this my first time upgrading Fedora! Thanks in advance..
