Hi, Scilab was installed with terminal command (all commands as superuser): dnf install scilab.
But when start the program from the "start" menu, show Scilab graphic interface some seconds but then disappeared.
Then I run the commands:
dnf install scilab-devel
dnf install scilab-tests
But it does not solve the problem. What can to do?

Yes but image processing toolboxes don't install correctly on Fedora 29 but yet work beautifully on Ubuntu 18.04 running in VirtualBox, on an iMac. The obvious difference being Fedora 29 is based on Red Hat whereas the other isn't! Luckily the image processing module works on the IMac (running Mojave) host system. {Strangely adding the toolbox as well as just the module incurs an error!].
