File Manager Bookmarks Always Reset to Previous Language when Logging in

I am setting Fedora on Parallels Desktop to English, which was Chinese before. And I am having some issues with the File Manager's bookmarks.

Each time I log in, the bookmark are linked to the directories named in the previous language, hence they do not work.

file:///home/jack/%E8%A7%86%E9%A2%91 Downloads
file:///home/jack/%E8%A7%86%E9%A2%91 Music
file:///home/jack/%E8%A7%86%E9%A2%91 Pictures
file:///home/jack/%E8%A7%86%E9%A2%91 Videos
file:///home/jack/%E8%A7%86%E9%A2%91 Documents

I followed the solution at and set ~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks as follows, but it is changed back once I log in again.

file:///home/jack/Downloads Downloads
file:///home/jack/Music Music
file:///home/jack/Pictures Pictures
file:///home/jack/Videos Videos
file:///home/jack/Documents Documents

I'm guessing the Parallels Tools may be changing this in the background. But how do I track which program has been doing this, and is there a way to block it from changing my bookmarks? Thanks!
