The wallpaper that comes on my screen when I try to do a screenshot is all shutter icons and I cant get a screenshot of my screen. is there a way to fix this? If so please provide detailed instructions thanks.
I assume you're logged into the default login session which is GNOME on Wayland (labeled simply as GNOME). Please try logging out and selecting with gear icon "GNOME on Xorg" as the login session and see if that resolves the issue.

And you still log in as the same user. But before doing that, click on that GearBox icon and select GNOME on Xorg...
