Will you maintain rpm packages in F27 as you did before ?
I would like to use Fedora in future but i do not want to use flatpacks. I think flatpacks are great for some legacy application from third party software vendors, that do not want to maintain their software for specific distributions, like .. oracle or vmware's horizon, that leaves a mess in my properly set up (and managed) fedora.
I would appreciate to hear a yes, we keep on managing packages on the most professional distribution i love to use as a desktop/workstation operating system.
Is there any particular reason that you think that Fedora isn't going to continue maintaining .rpm packages? Consider: Fedora is a test bed for RedHat, and a professional distro like that isn't likely to drop its support for something so important to its customers.
