Installing flash from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ works (at least in firefox) and is supported by Adobe. The linux versions are the same as the version released for windows. Some years ago, Adobe announced that the linux support would be discontinued, but that seems to have been reverted.
Although flash it is not as important as it used to be, there are still videos on the internet which are only available in flash format.

hello ! flash player is not supported on firefox now .. so to play videos on firefox u should to do that
Download the latest rpmfusion-free-release-stable rpm from
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/
Install rpmfusion-free-release-stable rpm:
# rpm -Uvh rpmfusion-free-release-stable*rpm
Install freshplayerplugin rpm package:
# dnf install freshplayerplugin
good luck
It works for me, Firefox version 57 and flash-plugin-28.0.0.137-release from the adobe repository. So it is still supported by Adobe and regular updates is made available.
Ok from what I was reading, Flash is dead or not supported.. so the real question is how do I get my videos to work in the browser? I tried the suggest plugins, HTML5 and they still wont play
It's not entirely dead, but you'll be better off without it, install audio and video codecs and most videos should work.
P.S. Remove Flash, if it misbehaves, it might be blocking HTML5 videos.
Yeah, looking at a number of new severe CVE's every month or annual top 5 apps with most critical vulnerabilities, I'd say it's alive and kicking* ;)
* literally kicking its users, not prospering.
So my advice stands still, flash is as good as dead, stay away from it if you can.

Flash i's in fact almost dead. The fastest and easiest way is to install Google Chrome (not Chromium), the flash is embedded on Chrome.

freshplayerplugin
