Hello,
I would like to know how can I run the following applications:- 1) Fifa game OR/AND any other games meant for 'PC' 2) Oracle VM Virtual Box OR VMware Workstation 3) Outlook
Also, I would not want any virus or any malware on my desktop. Kindly let me know if the above points can be achieved if I install fedora for my desktop.

Linux is not a drop in replacement for Windows and if all you want to do is run Windows apps (games / outlook) stay with windows. I suggest you run Fedora in a virtual machine or boot the live media and try it. You will need to fine linux alternates to outlook and other programs - Thunderbird, firefox, chromium ....
LInux security is not the same as windows security. Whole books are written on security but bottom line is Fedora uses selinux and other then browser hijacks is much more resistant to malware. There are no known active viruses for Linux.
You can also use GNOME Boxes which is GNOME's version of VMware
