Make sure the camera isn't disabled in BIOS or with some keyboard shortcut or hotkey.
P.S. Edit your question, use Ctrl+K on selected terminal output to make it more readable.

I have checked BIOS, everything is fine, and there is not hotkey or keyboard combination
There's also no sign of a webcam, unfortunately. Could it be physically disconnected e.g. during some cleaning or parts replacement?
If you live boot F25, does it work?
I live booted F25 and it was working perfectly till I upgraded to F26 when the update came in Software app.
