New Fedora installation won't connect to internet

Seems to be true with most flavors of Ubuntu...I was able to install run and connect to the internet with elementary os though. Any ideas?

you are not providing enough information. 1) are you fixed or floating IP? 2) please post back the following

netstat -rn
ip address
cat /etc/resolv.conf

And inxi -nxxxz, because it might be a driver issue.
