Restore Gnome Settings after Switching Back from Gnome Classic

I run Fedora 25 with Gnome on Wayland. I encountered problems with a third party software product today and thought I would see if starting with Gnome Classic would make a difference with the software. It did not. When I switched back to regular Gnome, the Gnome Classic settings are still showing: the gray top bar with "Applications" and "Places" and a bottom bar with icons and text for currently running applications.

I couldn't figure out how to use the tweak tool to restore what I had before (the dark top bar and no bottom bar). Any recommendations?

Thank you.
