Hi everyone,

It is my first time in forum for reproting issues. Anyway, after a recent update on Fedora 26 my computer was not able to boot properly until the login window. I manage to access a terminal via Ctrl+alt+F2 but that's all. I've tried replacing the standard video drivers by nvidia ones, but the problem remains.

Here are the errors it provides me:

mce: [hardware error]: TSC 0 ADDR fef1cec0 MISC 43000... mce: [hardware error]: PROCESSOR 0:906e9 TIME 1503421474 SOCKET 0 APIC 0 microcode 5e

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, you should provide more information about your hardware, use inxi -zv4. Also check if there's a BIOS update available. Lastly, see what happens if you boot one of the previously installed kernels.

Which method have you used to install nvidia driver?
