I'm having a bit of trouble with creation of screenshots by Shutter or similar software FastStone Capture. After I try to select in Shutter a tool for pick of an area of screen, all all windows at my desktop hided and wallpapers chaned to black :) Whats wrong? At RHEL 7.3 similar actions was success...

Fedora uses Wayland session by default. If software doesn't support that it may have weird issues like that. Try logging into Xorg session to see if it works there.
At login screen click on gear icon and select "GNOME on Xorg" option.
2jmt, Thank you! But that's not the solution. Sometimes I need to shoot a very long-tail webpage or something like this and an embedded tool doesn't have that functionality.
Maybe you know about some extra settings of GNOME for to avoid that unxpected behaviour?
FireFox has built-in screenshot tool that saves a picture of entire page, also with currently invisible parts. Nigtly version has handy UI for that purpose, in regular FF either use Shift+F2 and screenshot --fullpage --clipboard command or button in devtools: F12 -> camera icon (you might need to first enable 'Take a fullpage screenshot' in devtools' settings).

Why not simply use Shift-PrintScrn - no extra software needed. (And yes, I know that Shutter provides some extra functionality)
