Hello everyone. I recently installed fedora 26 workstation. When I try to connect to certain websites like foo.bar (this is not a real one), the browser stuck at loading; I can't also ping that website with ping foo.bar(100% packet loss), but I can get the ip address with host foo.bar. also, I can connect to that websites with my fedora and a vpn turned on and my android mobile connected to the same network; I also have tried disabling ipv6 in whole fedora and in firefox configs, but that won't help. I tried everything that I can do; please help me

EDIT 2: Now I can even ping the IP address and domain, but browsers like google chrome still say foo.bar didn't send any data(ERREMPTYRESPONSE)

EDIT 1:

The output of ip address:

A problem with dns? Can you ping ip address of `foo.bar'?

@Majid I mean ping x.y.w.z where x.y.w.z is the ip address of foo.bar
