Konsole profile manager missing some colors

Problem: Certain colors are not in the list of colors to change in the Konsole profile manager. Note that I'm having this problem in Fedora, but do NOT have this problem in RedHat.

Rationale: Some of the colors are incredibly bright and therefore hard on the eyes.

Environment: Fedora 25 KDE in a Konsole. Currently using a custom profile.

Other thoughts: Not sure if the warning on the bottom is related.
