My USB mouse is not working on fedora 26. i had a similar problem with fedora 25. please help.

Same problem, left key on mouse usb don't work, right key ok. Sorry for the delay in the post (I could not find the error report to which I had answered) Not having other USB mouse I opened the mouse and replaced the left button switch; now everything is ok. Verified switch: with multimeter the switch works, closes and opens contact correctly; there are probably some rebounds on the contact.

I had got the same problem, it is also taking the impact on the keyboard. And I just could reboot by ssh connect. After all, I had upgraded the system.

Yes I did as you said but stil my USB mouse is not working. Is there any comand that i can give in the terminal? Another thing my USB keyboard is working fine but not the mouse. Both my mouse and keybord are of Zebronics

On the top screen is a circle that looks like a man with his arms held out. Try clicking on this and turn on mouse and bounce keys.

Top screen? I am having the same issue after restart. My external mouse stopped working. It is an Amazon basic model.

Does your message on shut down show it can't connect? Are you plugged in correctly to the mother board? My mouse went out and I installed a different mouse and it worked.
