How to enable workspaces In Fedora 16?

I am currently downloading Fedora 14. I 'upgraded' to Fedora 16 and after several days I am severely disappointed at how much functionality has been removed between Fedora 14 and Fedora 16.

Is there a way to have multiple workspaces in Fedora 16? I have not seen how.

Is there a way to use all of my custom menus in Fedora 16? I have not found how.

Workspaces are dynamic. You always have one workspace empty. Please read the following cheat sheet to have an idea of what you can do with gnome-shell:

Try also these handy keyboard shortcuts

ctrl+alt+down

and

ctrl+alt+up

to move through the dynamic work-spaces
