I just downloaded Fedora Workstation Live 26 (x64) iso from Fedora website and created a bootable USB disk. Now when I start the disk, I only see two options in the menu: Start Using Fedora 26 and Test This Media and Start Fedora 26. I am then guided to create a user and password, but I see no install or disk-configuration option. What is wrong with Anaconda. When I reboot the system, all this starts from scratch, taking five minutes to load its things, and there seems to be no other thing than live Fedora. In previous versions, once you started Fedora Live, you would see an install shortcut on Desktop that you could use to start installation.

When I boot a F26 Live iso in a VM, there is a "Install to Harddrive" option after selecting "Start Fedora-Workstation-Live 26". Did you verfiy your downloaded .iso? How did you create the USB stick? What happens if you remove the USB stick before you boot? Check your boot order in the BIOS.

@thomaswood thanks. I did verify the iso. But, I used livecd-iso-to-disk because Media Writer did crash. I guess the bottom line was that my computer was by default assuming EFI boot. So after several hours, I made sure bios boot was set to Legacy mode and this time I was sure to format the USB stick with FAT using gnome Disks, and then used dd utility to write the iso to the stick. That said, when I booted from the USB this time, I saw the Install to Hard option.
