Problems after interrupting kbuildsycoca4

I've did a sudo dnf update and the flash plugin was updated. Immediately after that bash showed "kbuildsycoca4 running...". It ran for quite a bit, but since there wasn't any noticeable disk I/O and it seemed like it wasn't going anywhere I just did a CTRL+C and interrupted it.

Now every time I do a sudo dnf update I get a bunch of these:

/sbin/ldconfig: File /lib64/libgnome-desktop-3.so.12 is empty, not checked.
/sbin/ldconfig: File /lib64/libclutter-gst-3.0.so.0 is empty, not checked.
/sbin/ldconfig: File /lib64/libclutter-gtk-1.0.so.0 is empty, not checked.
/sbin/ldconfig: File /lib64/libcogl.so.20 is empty, not checked.

... and it goes on and on.

I assume both things are related. What can I do to fix this situation? Should I just run kbuildsycoca4 again? Does it need any options or even sudo permission? I'm lost on this one...

TIA,
