Gnome-Tweak-Tool, does not work

hi all.
like you already see the question my issue with the tweak-tool.
every time i click on it the mouse cursor loading and nothing happens.
so please can any one tell me what the problem with it ?

Only way to be able to help is if you run the tool on a terminal that way it may show some output that may lead us to find an answer so please open a terminal and run gnome-tweak-tool and share the output with us. Thanks

Try gnome-tweak-tool in the terminal and look at the error messages.
