Can we create a customized fedora distribution like Yocto ?

Hi, Can we create our own custom distribution/install-image/ISO (similar to yocto) with –

1) ==>Adding our own software packages (proprietary).

2) ==> Removing/replacing existing packages, including Linux Kernel.

Can we create our own software repository, which will allow replacing/adding our packages on existing installed Fedora version? If so, what are the steps to achieve above? I read about Revisor but it seems to be more about creating a custom distribution with add/remove existing packages available in default fedora distribution ?
