Will GNOME 3.4 be packaged as updates for Fedora 16?

I don't think so. Gnome 3.4 is a feature for Fedora 17:

gnome is developing in fedora. but usually new version is not stable first. wait just for 1.5 month and then get fedora 17.

I think it is available in fedora 17 Alpha , the gnome 3.4 full version
