Download server changed behaviour?

Hi, We have a number of servers that proxy dl*.fedoraproject.org to provide local point of presence sources around the world.

We are seeing that Nginx proxy hosts have stopped working within the last week, while Apache proxy hosts continue to function. Has there been a change in configuration that might explain why this may have happened?

There does not appear to be IP blocks on the proxying servers, just something that causes 400 errors that suggest an SSL redirect is being done on the Fedora server side.
