I bought a EXP GDC Dock, insert a gtx670 in it, it works well with external Display and internal Display, X11 and wayland. I am not disable anything in BIOS, not read any manual, just add "negativo17 - Nvidia" repo and install nvidia-driver.

02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GK104 [GeForce GTX 670] (rev a1)

It seems my internel graphic card still work. need disable it? or how to disable it using command?

If your setup works there is no need to disable the internal card. It is also possible to use multiple cards simultaneously to provide multiseat support.
