I have fedora installed with windows 10 in dual boot . I had an error message 'no boot device found " and following a friend advice i opened the laptop and disconnected the Cmos memory . now my laptop boot only to windows . from live usb i can give those informations fdisk - l

Basically it is a windows tool to manage Boot Configuration Data, read more here.aspx), in this case help you to add Fedora into EFI boot manager.

Get into Windows open a cmd and issue this command bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\fedora\grubx64.efi that will add Fedora to the EFI partition and will give you the option to boot. Try and see if it work.
