embedded video
can't get any videos or gifs to play...tried everything I could find...I'm still a noob, but I tried several distros & fedora is easily the best

Glad you like fedora, and I will be happy to help, once you provide some more details about your problem. What do you mean by embedded video, and what are you trying to use to play them with? What version of Fedora, what desktop envronment, and browser, if the videos are internet based.
Maybe you need flash plugin player? is a embedded video in specific site?
