Hi all. I'm very new to Fedora land and I'm trying to install the chrome web browser. How do I tackle this? All I've tried is yum install chrome but that obviously didn't work. I have to download a package first right?

Any help is greatly appreciated for this rookie.

Very simple

Enable RPMFusion

su -c 'yum localinstall --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm'

su -c 'yum -y update'

systems 32 bits

su -c 'yum -y localinstall https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_i386.rpm'

systems 64bits

su -c 'yum -y localinstall https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_x86_64.rpm'

Please note that the rpmfusion repositories are not required for installing chrome. All of chrome's requirements are in the google repository.
