Does the Fedora Media Writer Verify the ISO During Creation?
I have had some problems with trying to verify Linux ISOs in the past. There is no simple way of verifying them. I had to download GnuPG to verify the signature and I still don't know how to do it. I don't even know how to check the integrity of GnuPG when I am downloading the encryption tool for the first time on either Windows or MacOS. I am a complete novice and I tried my best to find help, follow tutorials, and go with trial-and-errors. Since the Fedora Media Writer creates a bootable USB installer, do I still need to verify the ISO or just plug-in and go? If I need to still verify the ISO, please help me through the process. Thank you.
As for manually verifying a Fedora iso using any GNU Linux, that is very straightforward. You can find instruction here: https://getfedora.org/en/verify
