Hello community, I have installed Fedora Utils http://satya164.github.com/fedorautils/ on my fedora 18

but This addon has modified some things of original fedora 18, mainly as fonts and also has disabled the menu and changed colours on the terminal.

How I can unistall this addon and get restore back again original fonts and restore the terminal?

Thanks in advance!

Hi.

but This addon has modified some things of original fedora 18, mainly as fonts and also has disabled the menu and changed colours on the terminal.

It is a misleading sentence I think as it was up-to you to decide which changes to apply.

How I can unistall this addon and get restore back again original fonts and restore the terminal?

This page https://github.com/satya164/fedorautils/wiki/Revert%20changes covers some of the instructions to undo some changes. You can remove Fedora Utils, but it won't revert the changes. You need to do that manually.

To anser your original question:

sudo yum remove fedorautils

Or is there something I'm missing or you're not telling us?

After that you might want to remove or disable the repo. Look for /etc/yum.repos.d for the new fedorautils.repo, edit (ENABLED=0) or remove the file alltogether. If it replaced some packages when it was installed, they should be downgradable afterwards with yum downgrade.

How to live with it and modify it, well that's a discussion that should take place within the external project itself.

I don't think merely removing the rpm will undo the changes it's already made to various configuration files as Satya already stated above. One must be careful before applying changes.
