I don't think that is possible. It would require your WiLAN card to be able to use infrastructure mode (connecting as client to the Access Point (AP) that serves you with internet access) and AP at the same time to serve your clients. I doubt this is possible with one network adapter.
What you can do is either get a second WiLAN device (usb adapter or so) and use that one as AP, or buy a cheap WiFI router that you connect via ethernet to your PC/Laptop (sharing and routing your Wifi internet connection to a LAN port is not that difficult)
